People enjoy attending beautiful events, but they do not enjoy planning or sometimes even understand the magnitude of planning events. An event planner is someone who will help you throughout the process of creating, developing, and executing an event. An event coordinator will usually help with the details and logistics, usually on the day-of the event. In my personal experience, I planned my entire wedding, and while it was an incredible day, it would have gone much smoother and less stressful, had I used an event coordinator. Being a bride, I wasn’t able to be in two places at once on my wedding day, so I totally regretted not having a Day-Of Coordinator for my big day. I never want someone to walk away from a special day like that feeling the way I did, so that’s why I started Seamless Events by Skye - to help ensure your event planning is a smooth process and to execute your vision effortlessly!

I offer both Day-Of Coordination and Complete Services packages! Day-Of Coordination services for those who need someone to execute the vision on the day of the event, and it’s the most popular option. However, the Complete Services package takes stress out of the entire planning process so that you can relax and enjoy the days, weeks, and months leading up to your event. Book me for anywhere in Georgia! While I am based in Atlanta, I am willing and open to travel within Georgia. I primarily serve Atlanta, LaGrange, and surrounding areas; however, I always welcome new friends, experiences, and travel!

For my Day-Of Coordination services, I typically charge $1500-$2000 per event. For my Complete Services package, I typically charge $4000-$5000 per event. Pricing will depend on several factors, and I’ll work hard to make sure we’re aligned from the beginning without the hassle of financial surprises at the end.

Sure! I’m flexible and want to make sure you feel good about your event leading up to the big day and afterwards. If you would like to customize your package, just let me know. Please note that pricing will be dependent on customization. We can talk about this in our first consultation!

Currently, you can pay via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.

Payments for services are due according to this schedule, unless otherwise noted:

• 50% of full invoice payment due 4 weeks before event date

• 50% of full invoice payment is due 1 week before the event date

You are always welcome to pay in full at any point before the 4 week mark; however, if you need a revised payment schedule, let me know. I’m sure we can find a happy medium that suits both of us! I value all my clients relationships, so I’ll work hard to make sure we’re aligned from the beginning without the hassle of financial surprises at the end.
